Checking in:
After scheduling with us, we will send you a welcome text with and attached link to conveniently fill your paperwork out electronically at your own pace in the comfort of your own home.
We receive your information ahead of time so our front reception can have you completely ready for your appointment. You also get a welcome goody bag at your first appointment as a thank you for choosing us at your new dental home!
Payment Information
For your convenience we accept:
Cash, Check, Major Credit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, Discover) and Apple Pay.
Care Credit
We also offer Financing Options through Care Credit.
For assistance in applying for Care Credit, ask to speak with our office manager or visit here.
Insurance Information
We currently are an in-network provider for Anthem Bluecross Blueshield, Delta Dental, MetLife, Cigna, Guardian, United Healthcare, and United Concordia Dental Insurance.
Our office also accepts most major insurance plans as an out-of-network provider, which in some instance’s coverage may be the same as in-network. As a courtesy we can verify your insurance benefits.
We are not a provider for traditional state-funded programs such as Medicare or Medicaid.
